does anyone know what this kind of skirt is called?? they were in style a few years ago i think and i am like two years behind fashion so i want one but i can’t find one in any stores around here and i’m trying to find one in shops ON THE INTERNET. unfortunately they’re hard to search for because i don’t really know what they are.

yesterday i bought a pair of socks off the internet for the first time and now i feel empowered to buy other material items i have always wanted in the same way
