NOTHING LEFT TO DO BUT DANCE

sometimes i draw things, and sometimes they might be kind of okay, but don't count on it.

currently it's mostly mspaintadventures fanart where i go by sock/sockpuppy and also maybe original characters thrown in the mix, because i have some of those.

i read all asks but i am very slow at answering them. if you want to talk add sock.puppy on skype, i am always online!

ask me questions ask me ask me ask me

apparently the ask box is kinda crap now

well i think calmasis is probably actually a troll, the reverse of kanaya imagining rose as a troll (now rose is imagining a troll as human)
and i think the most likely possible identity of uU is one of the A1 trolls, barring a completely new character being introduced in the story’s twilight hours
and there are fairly obvious links between calmasis and uU
so the question is
which one of the ancestors had that haircut as a kid

But all of the ancestors have been referred to with gendered pronouns??? It clearly states that Calmasis is androgynous. And then goes on to refer to them as s/he. So it can’t be. Or at least, shouldn’t be.

He/she might be obscuration in the same way Karkat bled rainbow question marks that one time. We don’t know which is the proper pronoun yet for story reasons. We do know that they are androgynous, whoever they are, but while presentation is with correlated with gender identity it’s not a totally solid connection, i.e. a woman who appears masculine or androgynous is still a woman.
It’s also possible that he/she is the pronoun that should be used, and the earlier one is the obscuration instead. The Sufferer grew up to be reasonably manly and the Condesce wears makeup and formfitting bodysuits that show off her curves, and presumably both of them chose to look that way. But the Handmaid never had a choice in the scratched session. She wore skirts and dresses and had long hair up in a bun and a girly room, so the narrative refers to her as female because you would get that impression from looking at her, but none of that was really her decision. That’s just what was given to her, and she did [sloppily] cut off most of her hair when she finally got the opportunity to do so. If she was not limited like that in A1, maybe she would have identified as something more neutral, and would have had the appearance to match.
