I did not! Just because most of the things I am currently posting are posting original stuff, biology or things tangentially related to it/Homestuck doesn’t mean I have abandoned it. I posted a bloodbent thing three days ago? I try to answer most of the questions I get for it on formspring unless they are questions about when it will update or just things letting me know that they really like what I’ve done (both of which I keep in my inbox because I like and appreciate having them but I don’t want to crowd more interesting Q&As out).

I want to finish this thing about the hemospectrum first. It predates bloodbent by over half a year and it’s a heavy weight, I think that if I can finally push through it I’ll have more attention I can give to other projects. I’m not going to make excuses though, basically I fell out of the habit, got whipped by a few things and never got back into the rhythm. Probably partially because of sheer laziness and partially because I wasn’t expecting such a big audience and that made me nervous as fuck. I still maintain the promise I made on formspring though, that when I’m done the hemospectrum thing the first thing I’m going to do is hop on livestream and draw panels and talk about all that stuff. Just like old times.
